Subscription Terms
Automatic Renewal

Jawger offers several auto-renewable Subscription Plans ("Plan" or "Plans") to meet your needs through: (a) in-app purchases or (b) directly from the Jawger website. Upon purchase, the subscription of the selected Plan is immediately charged to the Member's iTunes Account (in-app purchase) or the Member's credit card (website purchase).

A subscription auto-renews at the end of each subscription period and your credit card will be charged at the rate of your selected plan at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period unless auto-renew is turned off and Plans are cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Members who purchase a plan ("Subscribers") can turn off auto-renew before the subscription period end. Subscribers will continue to have access to Jawger until the end of the current Plan period.

Managing Subscriptions
In-app Purchases

A subscription purchased on an Apple device through the Jawger App can be managed by the Subscriber and auto-renew may be turned off by going to the Account Settings on the device or from the Jawger App > Settings > Subscriptions & Usage > Manage iTunes Subscription.

Jawger Website

A subscription purchased on the Jawger Website can be managed by the Subscriber and auto-renew may be turned off by going to the Account Settings on the Jawger Website at Settings > Subscriptions & Usage. Subscription payment transactions made from the Jawger Website are processed by Stripe using a secure embedded form that communicates securely over HTTPS. With Stripe, sensitive cardholder data never touches Jawger servers.

Refund Policy

As stated in the Jawger Terms of Service and the iTunes Terms of Service there are no refunds. Subscribers may turn off auto-renew at any time. All sales are final. Other restrictions apply.

Past Due Payments

Subscribers with accounts past due more than SEVEN calendar days will be downgraded to a Guest Account or terminated. If the account is downgraded to a Guest Account, the Guest Account must not exceed the Guest Account terms (see Exceeding Plan Terms). Terminated accounts are destroyed and User Generated Content is deleted. User Generated Content that has been deleted can not be recovered.

Exceeding Plan Terms
Guest Accounts

If your User Generated Content exceeds the Guest Account terms, you will be unable to post new User Generated Content and your account is subject to termination. You may (1) delete User Generated Content to comply with the Guest Account terms or (2) upgrade your Guest Account to a Plan that is sufficient for maintaining your User Generated Content within SEVEN calendar days.

If you fail to reduce the User Generated Content below the Guest Account terms or do not upgrade your account within SEVEN calendar days, your Guest Account will be terminated. Terminated Accounts include the destruction of User Generated Content. User Generated Content that has been deleted can not be recovered.

Subscribers

If your User Generated Content exceeds the current Plan's terms, you will be unable to post new User Generated Content. Subscribers may (1) delete User Generated Content to comply with Subscriber's Plan's terms or (2) upgrade the account to a Plan that is sufficient for maintaining the User Generated Content within SEVEN calendar days. If no upgrade Plan is available, Subscriber must delete User Generated Content to comply with Subscriber's current Plan's terms.

If Subscriber fails to upgrade or delete User Generated Content to comply with Subscriber's current Plan's terms within SEVEN days, Jawger will delete the most recently uploaded User Generated Content until Subscriber's Account is at or below the Subscriber's current Plan's terms. User Generated Content that has been deleted can not be recovered.

Linked Accounts

If your Linked Account exceeds the Subscriber's Plan's terms, your Linked Account will be unable to post new User Generated Content. Linked Accounts may (1) delete User Generated Content to comply with Subscriber's Plan's terms or (2) unlink (see Unlinking Accounts).

Unlinking Accounts

Linked Accounts must request permission from the Subscriber of the Plan to be unlinked. After the account is unlinked, the user may (1) link to another Subscriber with a suitable plan and stay a Linked Account, (2) remain unlinked and stay a Guest Account, or (3) purchase a Plan and become a Subscriber.

Upgrading and Downgrading

The applicable fee for an upgraded Plan will take effect immediately; downgrades to your Plan will take effect on the next billing cycle. Downgrading your subscription may have negative consequences to your User Generated Content, the features and capabilities available, and your access to Jawger. Downgrading may also have negative consequences for accounts linked to your Subscriber Account ("Linked Accounts").

Subscribers

If the account is downgraded but you remain a Subscriber, your User Generated Content must comply with the downgraded Plan's Terms. If Subscriber fails to comply with the downgraded Plan's Terms within SEVEN days, Jawger will delete the most recently uploaded User Generated Content (see Exceeding Plan Terms).

If the account is downgraded to a Guest Account, the Guest Account must comply with the Guest Account terms. If you fail to reduce the User Generated Content below the Guest Account terms within SEVEN days, your Guest Account will be terminated. Guest Accounts must comply with the Guest Account terms. If you fail to reduce the User Generated Content below the Guest Account terms within SEVEN days, your Guest Account will be terminated. (see Exceeding Plan Terms). Terminated Accounts include the destruction of User Generated Content. User Generated Content that has been deleted can not be recovered.
